This the rendering of the new 15th Street Municipal Building.

  • The “15th Street Building” will house the following departments into one structure:  Town Manager, Engineer, Stormwater/MS4, Street Department/Sanitation, Central Services, Building Department, Utility Department, and Park Department.
  • Greater departmental savings of expenses for rent, utilities, supplies under one roof.
  • Grouping most of the municipal services into one centrally located building will benefit the public with access to “one-stop shopping”.
  • The new facility will accommodate an expanding Street Department that has reached the limit of space needed for daily operations.
  • The Utility Collection Department will utilize the vacated Street Department facility eliminating the need for a new building.
  • Enhanced team communications for greater efficiency of operations.
